Cancellation Policy
At Q2 Locs Parlour Limited, we kindly ask all customers to read and follow our booking and appointment policies before making an appointment. These policies help us manage our time fairly, reduce missed appointments, and provide the best service to every client. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final service charge. All appointment prices listed on our website are starting-from prices. The final price may vary depending on the volume or thickness of hair, number of locs, length of hair for starting locs, condition of hair, work needed to be done, and style choice. Customers should arrive on time for their appointment and contact us as soon as possible if they are running late, need to cancel, or need to reschedule. Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Emergency appointments, out-of-hours appointments, and home visits are available by request only and must be arranged directly with Q2 Locs Parlour Limited by phone. Extra charges apply for these services. By booking an appointment with Q2 Locs Parlour Limited, customers agree to follow our booking, cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, missed appointment, emergency appointment, out-of-hours, and home visit policies.
